When will I receive my order?

The delivery of your order is done in two parts:

- To prepare your order perform quality control on our products, it takes us approximately 1-3 days. Due to the high volume of orders we receive for this item, please note that the processing time can sometimes be longer.

- The item is then prepared in our warehouse for shipping and sent to your address. Once the order is completed, you will receive an order number in the shipment confirmation email, so you can track the progress of your order.

I am missing some items in my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear about this. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
